About the Book

REASONS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER ACQUIRING "YOUTHFUL FOREVER" Does it make sense to live a healthy lifestyle full of good health, action, and fun, rather than a life at half throttle? We live only once; there is no second chance to sort out the mistakes. Life can be beautiful, great, and awesome so don't settle for second best. This information will help you along the way. This is an easy read, written in a conversational style. It looks at the many ways something could go wrong in the body, should one be less than careful how it is taken care of. Life should be lived with an attitude of precaution and not willy-nilly, as is the custom far too often in this day and age. IT WILL BE EASIER THAN YOU THINK with very little extra effort, to live with a little more discretion. It is simply a matter of changing the mindset which is also dealt with in detail in this book. A few examples of what to expect to feed your mind on as you read "Forever Youthful": * Toxins: How dangerous are they to our wellbeing? Toxins are actually poisonous waste products that should not be allowed to accumulate in the digestive and vascular systems. Due to what we eat, and the way we eat, makes the accumulation unavoidable, something that is easy to rectify. You have eaten yourself sick, now eat yourself well again. It is not possible for the body to remain in peak condition on a typical modern diet. Sooner or later it will throw in the towel. Not the end of the road, it is possible to reverse the deteriorating process. * The washing without soap theory: Without being observed, study the quality of the skin of virtually every person you come in contact with at any time during the course of any day. Almost without fail, the skin will have a dried-out and barren appearance. Should you be so fortunate as to come across a person who does not use soap during the washing process, the difference will be an eye-opener, a revolutionary experience well worth the effort to get to know more on the subject. * Arthritis: In days gone by arthritis was a condition we came across occasionally. Today it has become one of the many scourges of society. Learn more about arthritis and how it can be avoided in most cases. Why so many joint transplants in modern times? * Too much sugar, salt and white flower. Yes, it will lead to suffering and a painful premature death in most cases, virtually a death sentence. Dialyses is one of the most unpleasant and painful experiences. * Skin cancer: An interesting subject and a lot has been written about it. Could it have been avoided? Read more about it in this book. * It is a lovely day, but hot out there. I can't stop drinking cold water yet, I stay thirsty. Why is that? The answer is simpler than one would expect. Another interesting subject. * Airconditioning: The worst punishment one can meet out to the body with consequences that are less than desirable. What is the alternative? * What is infection? Where does it stem from? How dangerous can it become? * Transplants: Are they the final analyses of the effect of arthritis? * Digestion and nutrition: Two full chapters, one on each of these two important subjects. * Constipation: The end result of drinking too little water. A serious condition that can have dire consequences to one's health. * Healthy body cells: How important are they and how are they achieved? * A healthy vascular system: the answer to a fantastic lifestyle. * Haemorrhoids: Avoid the worst pain ever. * Healthy children should be our ultimate mission in life. * Irrigation of the colon: There are easier ways. * Hollow tooth and no pain: How is that possible? Read on. * Give elderly family members/friends a new lease on life. * Hot/cold therapy: The easy way out? * "I am very regular": Not the point. * We dig our grave with our teeth. * A sharp memory for life.
