Gleichzeitig führt jeder in einfacher Sprache gut lesbar gemachte Vorschlag zu sofortiger Entlastung. Hier hat der Leser Ergebnisse, bevor er das Buch aus der Hand legt. Das wird in kurzen und klaren Kapiteln direkt und nicht ohne Humor ausgeführt und viele Anregungen gegeben, wie das auch im Alltag zu bewerkstelligen ist. Wo theoretische Erörterungen notwendig sind, finden wir hier eingängige Allegorien in die sich jeder gut einfühlen kann. Einsprengsel von Autobiografischem dienen dem Leser zur Verdeutlichung und zur Motivation. Wie mit dem Chor in der griechischen Tragödie enden viele Kapitel mit den Kommentaren der Tierhelfer, Hase, Löwe und Fuchs, mit denen die unwillkürlichen Reaktionen des Limbischen Systems erfahrbar gemacht werden.
