Joe's professional career encompasses twenty years of experience providing consulting and advisory services to a wide range of businesses, governments, and nonprofit organizations. He holds a PhD in Resource and Environmental Management and is the founder of the Project Change Foundation, a public foundation that provides financial and other support to early-stage charities in Canada with significant potential for creating social or environmental change.
