(Namen und Gegebenheiten sind zum Schutz der Coachee verändert.) Frau Weber, Führungskraft in einer Bildungseinrichtung, will seit Jahren ihr Unternehmen verlassen, findet jedoch keinen Weg, ihren Wunsch in die Tat umzusetzen. Sie fühlt sich, obwohl sie im Laufe der letzten 3 Jahre schon viele Male ihre Situation analysiert hat, wie von Gummibändern an ihr Unternehmen gebunden. Im Laufe des Coachingprozesses, der sowohl Strukturen und Rollen bezüglich Unternehmen und Person beleuchtet als auch Anteile der Persönlichkeit, zeigt sich, dass sie längst innerlich gekündigt hat. Mithilfe verschiedener Methoden, im Wesentlichen der eines Kinoszenarios, das Frau Weber den Unterschied dissoziierten und assoziierten Verhaltens erfahrbar macht und einer sogenannten Time Line-Arbeit, die die "Lebenszeitlinie" der Coachee von der Vergangenheit zur Zukunft aus ganz verschiedenen Blickwinkeln beleuchtet, findet Frau Weber heraus, dass sie in der Vergangenheit zu wenig eigenverantwortlich gehandelt hat. Sie fühlte sich bisher dazu nicht in der Lage, weil sie zu wenig auf ihre Gefühle achtete. Frau Weber entdeckt, wie wichtig es für sie ist, Entscheidungen sowohl mit dem Kopf als auch mit dem Bauch zu treffen. Ihre Metapher dafür ist, mit der Verantwortung zu tanzen. "Just enjoy Life" hat sie als einen ihrer drei neuen Leitsätze gefunden. Sie strebt "mit gutem Bauchgefühl" umgehend eine berufliche Veränderung an, entwickelt zu Ende des Coachings diesbezüglich bereits konkrete Pläne. Im Nachgang des Coachings erreicht den Coach eine Feedback-Email, in der Frau Weber beschreibt, dass es ihr beruflich und privat wesentlich besser geht als vor dem Coaching.
