Viele schöne Gedenkreden für die umgekommenen Feinde der demokratischen Freiheit täuschen nicht über den zähen Kampf einzelner gegen den Stil der Unterdrückung, gegen eine Diktatur der vermeintlichen Mehrheit hinweg. Nicht allen ist ein Denkmal gesetzt, bei Heinrich Rabbich wohl im Namen eines Heimes für die Jugend.. Heinrich Rabbich war einer derjenigen, die von Jugend an sich der sozialdemokratischen und kommunistischen Idee mit Einsatz ihres ganzen Wagemutes einsetzten und durch keine Drohung und Parteidisziplin von dieser Linie abzubringen waren. Nachfolgend wurde versucht, aus den überlieferten Daten und Unterlagen ein Bild zu gewinnen, was er als Mensch war und was er im Widerstand leistete, scheinbar öfter als Verlierer gegenüber der Polizeigewalt und dem Staat, wenn auch im Kaiserreich, in den Republiken jeweils anders, aber alle gegen eine bestimmte Denkrichtung, die als unablässig feindlich einer ordnungsgemäßen Volksauffassung hingestellt wurde. Es wurde nicht aufgerechnet, welche juristischen Gründe zu den verschiedenen Verurteilungen von Heinrich Rabbich herhalten mussten und ob die Gerechtigkeit hier neutral angewendet wurde. Aber der Lebenslauf kann als Beispiel dafür gelten, welche Methodik im Einzelnen angewendet wurde. Heinrich Rabbich gilt als Gründer einer Arbeiterjugend, die sich das Adjektiv "sozialistisch" zulegte und die auch heute noch weiterlebt, wenn auch anders in die gegenwärtige politische Landschaft eingebettet.
