About the Author: I am Wanda Savage-Moore, a professional and personal wellness consultant and coach sharing wisdom, personal and professional experience with the young and restless, filling gaps left by good and bad parents, friends, relatives, and pastors. I integrate practical coaching, professional consultation and sage advice with an understanding of the competitive world, relational desires and needs, and the reality of mental and physical struggles now facing younger generations.By background, I am an entrepreneur, an executive, a leadership consultant, and a certified wellness coach, a wife of over three decades, and a mother, with bachelor's and master's degrees in Engineering. I have successfully mentored, coached, hired and fired many as a part of my career. I have also consulted for over 30 years with public, private, non-profit, and high-tech organizations in performance improvement, and have personally trained over 15,000 professionals in areas that enhance individual and organizational wellness.
