About the Author:

Dr. Stephan Bergamin ist Chief Financial Officer der VAT Group. Davor hatte er CFO Positionen bei Gearbulk Group, Goldbach Group und Steiner Group inne. Er verfügt über langjährige fundierte Erfahrungen im Transformation Management und digitaler Transformation im globalen Kontext. Nach dem Start seiner Karriere im Bereich Corporate Finance bei der Credit Suisse arbeitete er in verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Finanzpositionen bei der Swissair Group. Stephan Bergamin studierte Betriebswirtschaft an den HSG Universität St. Gallen. Er ist Doktor der Wirtschaftswissenschaften der HSG Universität St. Gallen und hält einen AMP der Harvard University. Er ist als Verwaltungsrat tätig und Dozent an verschiedenen Bildungseinrichtungen.


Dr. Markus Braun ist Dozent an der ZHAW School of Management and Law, Winterthur. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Internationales Management, Mergers & Acquisitions und Business in Emerging Markets. Er unterrichtet in der Weiterbildung und in konsekutiven Studiengängen. Davor war er Leiter des Corporate Office der mit Schwerpunkt in Asien tätigen Diethelm Keller Gruppe, CFO und stellvertretender CEO der internationalen Nuance Group sowie in Finanzpositionen bei Novartis / Ciba-Geigy in den USA, Singapur und in der Schweiz tätig. Er ist Mitglied in mehreren Beiräten. Markus Braun studierte Betriebswirtschaft an den Universitäten St. Gallen und Basel. Er ist Doktor der Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Universität Basel und hält einen AMP der INSEAD, Fontainebleau.


Dr. Bruno Glaus ist Managing Partner des international tätigen Beratungs- & Interim Management Unternehmens CyladExperts. Zu seinen Kernkompetenzen gehören die Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Performance-Strategien, Organisationen und Prozessen. Er begleitet komplexe Strategie- und Reorganisationsprojekte in den Bereichen Komplexitätsreduktion und Innovationsmanagement. Bruno Glaus war davor Marketingleiter, Business-Unit-Leiter und Leiter einer Vertriebsorganisation bei Hilti Schaan und verfügt über langjährige Beratungserfahrung bei McKinsey & Co.. Bruno Glaus ist Mitglied in mehreren Verwaltungsräten. Bruno Glaus studierte Betriebswirtschaft an den HSG Universität St. Gallen. Er ist Doktor der Wirtschaftswissenschaften der HSG Universität St. Gallen.
