About the Book

We are living at the end of an epoch which means humanity is on the verge of catastrophic change. All our world structures, belief systems and expectations are now on the edge. The eminent realignment is bringing our life essence into a clearer space which means the past that we know is about to dissolve. The preparatory cleansing has already commenced, noticeable in the rouse of dictators, political and corporate, sucking the life energy of people. The world stock markets are next in line, transparency exposing the disease of speculation. That said, we are about to realize there are no external enemies, for all things are interconnected, interdependent and interrelated. Attacking others because we don't like their ideas is like breaking the mirror because I don't like the look of my face. In the deeper reality there is only self, the man or woman reading these words where I am herewith accountable. The cleansing comes from within and sequentially dissolves the greed possessing the world imposing austerity measures on innocent life. This is the great epochal shift upon us right now.
About the Author: Alan Conlan was born in 1946 to a rural Irish tradition of night lanterns and open peat fires that had not changed for centuries. Poetry was his first expression relating to nature and the purpose of life. Inspired by a metaphysical message from an ancient Gaelic poem he dropped out of university in the mid-1960s. In his ongoing search for the truth he lived and worked in London for some years before returning to his studies in Ireland's transformed educational system. After graduating in sociology and economics, career changes followed, from logistics to marketing and finally teaching following his post-graduate studies in philosophy, social ethics and conflict resolution. He acknowledges his greatest privilege was the eleven years he spent in the presence of a living spiritual master. In the late 1990s he published his first books on cosmic consciousness before travelling to Europe and the Middle East as a teacher. He acclaims his greatest realization the one divine temple of God in existence is love; served rightly all else follows. Details of his teaching and meditation seminars are available on his website: www.alanconlan.org
