Ende der 70er Jahre begann eine Gruppe von Charkiwer Lehrern unter der allgemeinen Leitung von V.S. Bibler mit der Entwicklung und experimentellen Durchführung von Dialogunterricht in Charkiwer Schulen. Die Forschungsarbeit wurde in der ersten Phase von S. Kurganov durchgeführt. Kurganov, V. Litovsky, I. Solomadin, V. Yampolsky; später kamen G. Zgursky, M. Kubel, I. Manko, V. Medintsev, T. Rosiychuk und andere hinzu; in Kiew - G. Ball, A. Volynets, T. Morozovskaya, V. Titov. Darüber hinaus wurde in den Jahren 2005-2010 in der Hauptstadt ein großes Seminar über die Theorie und Praxis der Schule des Dialogs der Kulturen abgehalten.Litowskis wissenschaftlicher Nachlass, der in diesem Band vorgestellt wird, ist ein untypischer Text, der fast ohne akademische Klischees und ohne die üblichen Referenzlisten auskommt. Aber die Artikel spiegeln deutlich die heuristischen Prozesse wider, die in der Schule für den Dialog der Kulturen stattfanden: Man kann den Pulsschlag des Denkens des Pädagogen über die Jahre hinweg spüren. Wir hoffen, dass der Enthusiasmus des Autors bei Praktikern und Theoretikern - all jenen, denen die Probleme des Aufbaus einer modernen Schule nicht gleichgültig sind - auf offene Ohren stößt.
