This includes raw materials ; components; consumables ; finished and semi finished articles ; food stuff – practically everything. In international trade, one who needs something procures the same from the one who has it. The most important condition is that such buying and selling has to be between two different countries. This transaction of articles involves movements from a place of availability to a place of need. Such a movement of articles is known as transportation. It is also known as “Forwarding”. Forwarding or moving forward, involves a “seller” and a “buyer” of that product in different countries. Moving of the product entails transport and a mover ; a service provider.
