About the Book

After the untimely murder of her father, Hadassah Asa runs for her life in an attempt to allude those responsible for his death. Having killed him for his secrets and finding none, the murderers are now after her. While on the run she meets and joins forces with a handsome stranger who too has a vested interest in Hadassah and the people who are responsible for her father's murder. Now together they must figure out not only who murder him but why they are now after Hadassah. But there is one catch, she feels a strange pull from him that she can't explain. Together, they embark on a journey that will challenge their beliefs and everything that they have come to know about each other and themselves.
About the Author: As an author Ingrid Crumby brings a fresh imagination to the literary world. In the early stages of her childhood Ingrid learned to escape and survive the hardships she faced through her deep and vivid imagination. Creating new worlds and universes became a passion that she has now begun to translate into the written word. She has always had a yearning to gobble up the novels and works of her favorite authors and felt them truly kindred. Although she took a few detours in life becoming a wife, mother, working professional, graduate, and entrepreneur she never forgot her love for writing. Through reflection of self she realized that those experiences and challenges helped to cultivate her author's voice and once again began to create breath taking new worlds and universes that now spring to life on the page; no longer merely imaginations of her mind's eye. Audacious, unapologetic, insightful, and contemplative Ingrid challenges the reader to examine their preconceived notions and the, "facts," they have come to believe to be true. With her quick wit Ingrid easily pairs science-fiction with real-world connotations so profound that her work causes readers to take pause and ask the question, "Could fantasy possibly be actually reality?" With a pinch of humor, a dash of observation, and a one-two punch to the gut of shameless realness Ingrid Crumby has shown herself to be one of those authors with prolific voices readers just can't get enough of.
