About the Book

Hero is a collection of poetical work written between 1990-2001. Included are short poems, words that became songs, and prose, some of which, are whimsical yet mini stories of metaphysics and romantic love. The title is HERO because we are all heroes of Love. Heroes of our dreams - of our children - and of our own inner child. Our journey is courageous dear friends and bitter and bright - full of colour and mystery and light. We are all heroes of LOVE.Important for any artist is that he communicates - that he tells the story of what he sees and feels, sending it back out into the world - reinterpreted. For in doing this, we teach - and in this, we grow.HERO is offered to readers as a description of my travels. It is gifted to the young poet to convey - you are not crazy or alone or lost. It is reassurance that we will meet many on our journey - and that you, dear poet, have much to give. This blessing from the heart, I give to you. Create.
