About the Author: Anthony George started playing the guitar at the age of 13, developing quickly and showing particular skill for rock, metal, neo-classical and blues guitar soloing. Anthony developed to such a standard that by the time he was 17, was already teaching his first students. At the age of 20, Anthony graduated from London's prestigious Guitar Institute, part of the Institute Of Contemporary Music Performance, with a Higher Diploma. After graduating, Anthony embarked on his career as a professional guitarist performing in function bands, pit bands, playing with the jazz fusion group Elektrik Jazz and delivering guitar clinics to universities and colleges. In 2012 Anthony set up his own guitar tuition company, Cutting Edge Guitar ltd, which operates in schools and from his own studio in Northampton, teaching over 100 students per week.
