Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Diese Arbeit versucht, den modernen, virtuellen Rekrutierungsformen Rechnung zu tragen. Der Erfolg oder Mißerfolg eines Unternehmens ist maßgeblich von der Qualität der Mitarbeiter abhängig. Die Suche nach hochqualifizierten Arbeitnehmern erfordert aber einen sehr großen verwaltungstechnischen Aufwand. Dazu kommt, daß dies in den meisten Fällen, sehr kostenintensiv ist. Das Internet gewinnt von Tag zu Tag an Bedeutung. Es ist ein Medium, welches nicht nur Jugendliche, die durch ihre Schule oder Universität das Internet nutzen können, sondern alle Altersklassen erreicht. Durch die Schnelligkeit des Internet und die Begebenheit, daß es keine relevanten geographischen Entfernungen im Internet gibt, ist es nicht verwunderlich, daß das Internet sich immer mehr in unser alltägliches Leben implementiert und daß im Internet eine stetig ansteigende Anzahl von Dienstleistungen angeboten werden. So kann der Internet Nutzer, neben schon zur Routine gewordenen Aufgaben wie zum Beispiel Informationen suchen oder E-Mails verschicken, auch Bankgeschäfte tätigen oder Online einkaufen. Diese Entwicklung ist auch den Unternehmen nicht unerkannt geblieben und somit versuchen sie seit einigen Jahren, durch zum Beispiel eigene Homepages und Werbungen auf viel besuchten Seiten, das Internet für sich zu nutzen. Durch die immer größer werdende Konkurrenz ist es nötig geworden, das eigene Unternehmen und seine Teilbereiche für den Besucher dieser Seiten so interessant und informativ wie nur möglich zu gestalten, da der Besucher dadurch einen positiven Eindruck des Unternehmens erhält. Aber nicht nur aus Werbe- und Imagegründen ist das Internet für die Unternehmen so wichtig geworden. Viel wichtiger ist, daß ein großer Teil der Arbeitsprozesse der Unternehmen, mittels aktiver Nutzung des Internet, verschnellert und vereinfacht werden können. Deswegen müssen die Unternehmen versuchen die, durch das Internet gegebenen Möglichkeiten so gut wie nur möglich auszuschö
