About the Author: Nacido en Madrid el 9 de julio de 1974, de padre norteamericano y madre española, David J. Skinner decidió comenzar a escribir novela a mediados de 2011, decantándose por el thriller y la novela policial. Desde entonces, lleva cinco novelas finalizadas y varias en proceso, aparte de haber sido ganador o finalista en diversos concursos literarios, destacando algunos de sus relatos cortos emitidos por diversas emisoras de radio -como Había llegado la hora, ¿Una vida distinta?, Fue un héroe, Sabor de amor o La ruleta de la fortuna-, el relato finalista del Segundo Certamen de Relato TerBi, El hombre eterno, la novela finalista del II Premio Wilkie Collins de novela negra y ganadora del II Premio de Narrativa Libros Mablaz, Una herencia problemática, y la novela finalista del III Premio de Novela Breve Oscar Wilde, August. Pecado mortal.
