About the Author: Michelle Mansfield is a podcaster, author, health coach and most importantly, mother. From her experiences, education, mistakes, and breakthroughs she became passionate about helping other moms tell their unique story.

Her writing has helped her heal from her struggles of motherhood and she hopes to help others see that being vulnerable isn't a weakness. It's the first step to their own healing.
