About Author :
Manish Ratti, MBA from IIBM has been teaching management scienes from 1981 at Post-graduate levels. He has been associted with National Institute of Personnel Management for last 10 years as professional assistance. As conference organiser and trainer, hehas conducted more than 100 EDPs, seminars and workshops. He has several books in his credit and monographs in the areas related to hotel and hospitality management, advertising and marketing.
