Algunos de los poetas que conformaron esta antología, aunque jóvenes, ya eran consagrados en Argentina al momento de la edición de este libro, el resto, lo fue con el tiempo. Hotel Quequén. Poesía marcó una época y un movimiento literario en su país de origen, y demostró, bajo la criba del tiempo, su acierto en la selección tanto de nombres como de estilos.

La idea de este libro es reunir quince poéticas emparentadas bajo las gafas del espacio y del tiempo, pero que, debido quizá a la escala titánica del bosque, no se distinguen con claridad en su familiaridad. Igual que los vecinos de un gran edificio muchas veces no se reconocen por la calle y terminan por no saludarse.

Biografía del autor
Manuel Alemián, Mercedes Araujo, Carlos Battilana, Fabian Casas, Washington Cucurto, Carolina Esses, Javier Foguet, Pedro Mairal, Gabriela Milone, Diego Muzzio, Andi Nachón, Damián Ríos, Martín Rodríguez, Cecilia Romana, Marina Serrano.
Curadora: Cecilia Romana. nació en Buenos Aires en 1975. Ha concluido la carrera de Artes y Ciencias del Teatro en la Universidad Argentina J. F. Kennedy. Colabora en las revistas Hablar de Poesía (Buenos Aires), Fénix (Córdoba), El Hipocampo (Sevilla) y Clarín (Oviedo). Publicó Flota, hangares y otros trabajos mecánicos (Ediciones del Copista, Córdoba, 2004); Duelo -junto a Mercedes Araujo y Carolina Esses- (Ediciones en Danza, Buenos Aires, 2005); Aviso de obra, con el que obtuvo el Premio de Poesía Iberoamericana Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz 2006 (CONACULTA, México, 2008); No lo conozcas, con el que obtuvo el Premio Internacional de Poesía Jaime Sabines 2006 (CONECULTA, México, 2007). Sus poemas han sido traducidos al francés en Canadá (Exit) y Bélgica (Maison de la poésie). Su obra El libro de los celos, ganó el Segundo Premio de Poesía 2008 del Fondo Nacional de las Artes.
