About the Author: . Nikki Ah Wong was born in Malta and raised in New Zealand by English parents. She spent most of her adult life raising a family, managing the accounts for her husband's business, and volunteering in the community. She was a Regional Manager for World Vision for two years, a community advocate for three, and an unpaid Public Affairs Specialist for her church for twenty years. From 2003 to 2009, Nikki managed a group of early learning centres in New Zealand. In 2009, Nikki left the corporate world to become a house sitter, writer, and full time traveller.
