About the Author: Jerry W Agnew is now retired after a lifelong career in law enforcement, including fifteen years as the chief of police. He received the National Deputy of the Year award for his service.
He is the founder and writer of Get Real & Achieve New Dreams (GRAND), the Power of Positive Mind Frames, and the STOP drug lecture. He received specialized training in brain wave instruction-specifically for the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction. He also completed electroencephalography (EEG) didactic training.
The GRAND program's central phrase reads: "I Believe in Myself and My Dreams. I Am a Positive 'I Can' Person." Raja learned the true meaning of this phrase from his disabled son, who has served as an inspiration in Raja's work.
Raja is the husband to one wonderful wife, the father of five incredible children, and the grandfather to ten beautiful grandchildren.
