Jahrhunderts, Note: keine, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Vor einem Jahr erschien die deutsche Übersetzung des umfangreichen heideggerkritischen Werks von Emmanuel Faye. Sorgfältiger gearbeitet als jenes von V. Farias bringt es z.T. neue und unbekannte Dokumente und Abschriften zum Vorschein und stellt Heideggers Engagement für das deutsche Volk in einen zeitgeschichtlichen Horizont. Sein Untertitel 'Die Einführung des Nationalsozialismus in die Philosophie' ist eine Provokation. Dass Fayes Haltung gegenüber Heideggers Denken von einer grundsätzlichen Ambivalenz bestimmt wird, zeigt sich daran, dass er einerseits sich entrüstet über die weltweite Verbreitung 'nationalsozialistischer' Schriften durch die Gesamtausgabe, er aber andererseits die Nichtveröffentlichung bestimmter - besonders in Verdacht stehender - Seminare tadelt. Zudem ist sein hermeneutisches Interesse begrenzt. Unschwer lässt sich dies an jenen Stellen zeigen, wo er kurz auf die von Heidegger gebrauchten Wendungen von der 'Stimme des Blutes' oder vom 'Strömen des Blutes' hinweist. Seine Grundabsicht, Heidegger einen 'Rassendiskurs' zu unterstellen, würde an einer Kontextualisierung dieser Wendungen scheitern. Eine solche erfordert eine grundsätzlich tiefer ansetzende Hermeneutik des Heideggerschen Oeuvres. Dazu dient der erste Teil des vorliegenden Essays. Durch die Gegenüberstellung von Texten Rosenzweigs und Jüngers, eines jüdischen Denkers und eines deutschen politischen Schriftstellers, soll die hämozentrische Grunddisposition der Zeit zwischen den beiden Weltkriegen erwiesen werden. Der Verfasser greift dazu auf die mimetische Theorie René Girards zurück, dessen Grundbegriffe er allerdings frei zur Anwendung bringt. Erst vor dem Hintergrund der mimetisch rivalisierenden Diskurse Rosenzweigs und Jüngers zu Geschlecht und Reich lassen sich die oben erwähnten Wendungen Heideggers zureichend deuten.
