Unfassbar dankbar bin ich, dass ich noch lebe, glücklich bin, viele schöne Momente wieder genießen kann, und dass ich heute Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu ihrem einzigartigen Selbst begleiten darf. Mittlerweile feiere ich das wundervolle, faszinierende Geschenk, Leben'. Doch das war nicht immer so. Im Mai 2015 hatte ich noch den großen Wunsch zu sterben. Jeder von uns hat seine eigene Lebensgeschichte. So habe auch ich eine. Einiges habe ich schon in meinem jungen Leben erfahren müssen. Schwere körperliche, sexuelle und psychische Gewalt, Mobbing, immer wiederkehrende Suizid Gedanken und zerstörerischen Selbsthass. Fast 25 Jahre hatte ich mit schweren Depressionen, einer Borderline-Störung, Traumata, zusätzlich 15 Jahre mit der Autoimmunkrankheit Alopecia, komischen Blicken, bösen Kommentaren, gegen mein eigenes Selbst und mit anderen weniger schönen Dingen zu kämpfen gehabt. Die Alopecia nahm mir jegliche Lebensqualität und riss mich weiter tief in die Depression; so weit, dass es fast zu spät war. In meiner Biografie führe ich den Leser durch jeden dunklen wie auch hellsten Winkel meiner Lebensgeschichte. Diese Zeilen zeigen unter anderem meine Verhaltens- und Denkweisen, die ich während meiner schweren und einsamen Zeit durchlebte. Mein tiefstes Inneres - meine Seele - ließ ich durch meine Finger in dieses Buch fließen. Ich erzähle von meinem langen und harten Kampf zurück ins Leben, bis zu dem Tag, als ich starb und anfing zu leben. Ebenso handelt es von Zuversicht, grenzenloser Freiheit, Heilung, wunderschönen Wundern und der Krankheit, die mir den Weg zur allumfassenden Liebe wies. Mut machen, helfen, aufklären und inspirieren ist mein Herzprojekt, meine Mission. Mit meiner Geschichte möchte ich zeigen, dass es in einer tiefschwarz scheinenden Welt immer ein Licht am Ende des Tunnels gibt, dass es sich lohnt weiter zu machen, nicht aufzugeben und das man sich mit all seinen körperlichen und seelischen Wunden und Narben trotz allem wunderschöne Momente im Leben
About the Author: Mein Name ist Kathrin Weinand und ich wurde am 20. November 1980 in Koblenz geboren. Aufgewachsen bin ich in einem kleinen Vorort von Boppard. Ich habe eine erwachsene, wundervolle Tochter und möchte mich in Zukunft in meiner Berufung als Awareness & Energy Coach entfalten.
