About the Author: Nils Landmann ist Dipl. Wirtschafts- Informatiker und studierte an der TU Darmstadt sowie der INPG in Grenoble. Er ist Managing Director und Mitgründer der HLP Informationsmanagement GmbH und seit über 20 Jahren in der Beratung, Konzeption und Einführung von Ideen- und Innovationsmanagement Systemen aktiv. Darüber hinaus referiert er auf verschiedenen Veranstaltungen und leitet Managementforen, Arbeitskreise sowie Fachkongresse und ist Herausgeber der zweijährlich erscheinenden Ideenmanagement Studie, der größten und umfangreichsten Studie zum Ideenmanagement im deutschsprachigen Raum.
Prof. Dr. Hans-Dieter Schat war bei u. a. Daimler und Fraunhofer als Einreicher, Gutachter, Führungskraft und Ideenmanager beschäftigt. Nun ist er Professor für Personalwesen an der FOM Hochschule und arbeitet als Wissenschaftler, Autor und Blogger für das Ideenmanagement. Aktuelles findet sich auf www.IdeenmanagementBlog.de.
