About the Author:

Dr.-Ing. Tilman Reisbeck, ist seit 2003 bei der Deutschen Bahn im Immobilien- und Infrastruktursektor tätig und verantwortet aktuell den Bereich Ingenieurbau (Brücken, Tunnel und Oberleitungen) bei der DB Netz AG. Er studierte Bauingenieurwesen an der TH Karlsruhe, war Assistent und Projektleiter am Lehr- und Forschungsgebiet Bauwirtschaft an der Universität Wuppertal und Senior Berater bei der KPMG Consulting AG, Bereich Real Estate & Construction. Berufsbegleitend promovierte er zum Thema "Modelle zur Bewirtschaftung öffentlicher Liegenschaften" und erhielt für seine wissenschaftliche Arbeit den GEFMA-Förderpreis sowie den DVP-Förderpreis 2004.


Prof. Dr.-Ing. Lars Bernhard Schöne, am 01. Mai 2016 zum Professor für Immobilien-Betriebswirtschaft an die Fakultät Wirtschaft und Recht der Hochschule Aschaffenburg berufen, studierte nach seiner Ausbildung zum Schreiner Bauingenieurwesen an der Bergischen Universität Wuppertal. Vor seinem Wechsel in die Wissenschaft zeichnete er als Geschäftsführer für ein Investitionsvolumen von 3,5 Mrd. bzw. Transaktionen von über 700 Mio. verantwortlich. Auch war er über zehn Jahre Lehrbeauftragter für Portfolio- und Asset Management der TU München. Prof. Schöne ist auch Herausgeber des Standardwerkes Real Estate und Facility Management, 4. Auflage Springer-Verlag.
