Insbesondere sollen dafür das SCARF-Modell inklusive Führungs- und Handlungsempfehlungen beschrieben sowie eine Chancen- und Risiken-Analyse durchgeführt werden. Dazu wird in Kapitel 2 zunächst der Begriff des Change Managements erläutert sowie Erfolgsfaktoren und Entwicklungstrends dessen skizziert. Im Anschluss wird in Kapitel 3 das grundlegende Verständnis für Neurowissenschaften geschaffen, bevor der Begriff des Neuroleaderships in Kapitel 4 detailliert betrachtet wird. Daraufhin wird im Kapitel 5 das SCARF-Modell nach Rock für die Anwendung im Change Management vorgestellt und es werden beispielhaft Handlungsempfehlungen genannt. Anschließend werden in Kapitel 6 Chancen und Risiken des Neuroleaderships für Change Management erarbeitet, bevor in Kapitel 7 ein grober Überblick über eine Operationalisierung gegeben wird. Kapitel 8 umfasst eine kritische Schlussbetrachtung.
