What? How can you follow Tonto's plan if he doesn't exist? The answer is simple: create your own Tonto.
In his innovative self-help book, The Incredible Life of Tonto Kowalski, professional trainer and life coach Thomas Edward Muser introduces you to his inner voice, the part of his conscience he named Tonto Kowalski. In a humorous and earnest manner, Muser provides a guide to positive living based on years of experience with clients, customers, friends, family, and colleagues. He wants to help you find your own inner voice and follow its advice.
Muser starts with the basics: eat right, exercise, and sleep well. He then discusses the value of positive thinking, self-discipline, goal setting, frugality, and time management. Muser is confident that if you follow Tonto's lead, you'll see drastic improvements in your own success and happiness.
