Siamo essere umani, e per il solo fatto di esserlo, abbiamo dentro di noi luci e ombre.
Le ombre sono le nostre esperienze dolorose, l'insieme di frustrazioni, di paure e di insicurezze che soggiornano nell'inconscio. Le emozioni negative sono le nostre ombre. Si esprimono tramite sensi di colpa, inspiegabili depressioni e le scopriamo quando ci portano ad avere un conflitto con altre persone.
Siamo umani, siamo fatti di luci e ombre. Non sempre le luci illuminano la nostra vita.
Bisogna imparare ad accettare le nostre ombre, ciò implica dolore ma porterà anche evoluzione, cambiamento, conoscenza e accettazione di sé stessi.
Le luci che ci circondano e che ci illuminano dall'interno sono tutte le qualità, le virtù, le emozioni, i comportamenti o desideri che ci piace mostrare.
Sono le maschere che indossiamo ogni giorno come se fossero la nostra unica vera identità.
La luce ci può far paura, è vista come temibile, pericolosa: infatti, nel momento che esponiamo le nostre qualità migliori, i nostri talenti diventiamo visibili e brilliamo come un faro, ogni cosa che diciamo è sotto i riflettori, ma andare in giro con la luce accesa può dare fastidio a chi trovandosi davanti ad una persona luminosa si sente messa allo scoperto, vista nelle sue miserie e viltà, perciò una delle conseguenze nell'accendere la propria luce è quella di avere poche persone intorno.
Si arriva alla luce dopo aver raggiunto l'Amore per noi stessi che nessuno ci ha insegnato.

Parlo di ingiustizie sociali, di razzismo, di corruzione, di terrorismo, della drammatica realtà dei barboni, del rogo della Grenfell Tower, dell'indifferenza di fronte ai mali del mondo.

We are human, and because we are human, we have light and shadow within us. Shadows are our painful experiences, the set of frustrations, fears and insecurities that dwell in the unconscious. Negative emotions are our shadows. They express themselves through guilt, inexplicable depressions, and we discover them when they lead us to conflict with other people. We are human, we are made of lights and shadows. Lights don't always light up our lives. We need to learn to accept our shadows, which implies pain but will also lead to evolution, change, knowledge and self-acceptance.
The lights that surround us and that illuminate us from the inside are all the qualities, virtues, emotions, behaviors or desires that we like to show.
They are the masks that we wear every day as if they were our only true identity.
Light can frighten us, it's seen as fearsome, dangerous: in fact, the moment we expose our best qualities, our talents become visible and shine like a beacon, everything we say is in the spotlight, but walking around with the light on, can bother those who are in front of a bright person, they feel exposed, seen in their miseries and cowardice, so one of the consequences in turning on the light is to have a few people around.
We come to the light after we have reached the love for ourselves that no one has taught us.
