He has architected and implemented software and infrastructure solutions for Fortune 500 companies; written many articles for industry leading technology magazines and business journals; taught college level healthcare IT courses at many community colleges in New Jersey. He has a degree in engineering and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. He has certifications in many areas of technology and business. Dawn Wivell Dawn Wivell founded Dawn Wivell Writing Services in 2010 to help businesses throughout the US communicate more effectively with their customers and prospects.
