Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Allgemeine Didaktik, Erziehungsziele, Methoden, Note: 1,3, Universität Kassel (Psychologie), Veranstaltung: Unterrichten und Lernen in inklusiven Förderarrangements, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Inklusion an Schulen. Dazu möchte wird zunächst auf die Methode der Beobachtung eingegangen. In Anlehnung an Greve and Wentura (1997) werden Anforderungen an eine wissenschaftliche Beobachtung eingeführt, um diese dann aus eigenen Beobachtungen zu spezifizieren. Im Anschluss daran soll auf eigene Beobachtungen in einer Inklusions-Schule eingegangen werden. Spätestens seit der Unterzeichnung des "Übereinkommens über Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen" im Jahr 2006 ist Inklusion zu einem zentralen und ebenso schwer umsetzbaren Thema des deutschsprachigen Bildungswesens geworden. Dies hängt nicht zuletzt auch damit zusammen, dass der Begriff "Inklusion" in den letzten Jahren zu einer Art Reizwort avanciert ist. Nicht nur Politiker, sondern auch Wissenschaftler, Lehrkräfte und Eltern diskutieren darüber, was Inklusion eigentlich bedeutet und wie sie am sinnvollsten umzusetzen ist. In diesem Zusammenhang geraten vor allem die Lehrkräfte immer stärker in das Blickfeld der Betrachtung. Sie sind zukünftig mit der Herausforderung konfrontiert, auf verschiedenste Leistungsniveaus, Qualifikationen, Motive und kulturelle Hintergründe zu reagieren. Viele Bundesländer fordern daher ein Umdenken in der Lehrerausbildung. Lehrkräfte sollen neben förderdiagnostischen Kompetenzen vor allem den Umgang mit Heterogenität erlernen sowie Lehr- und Lernprozesse individuell gestalten. Interessanterweise zeigen Studien zum Thema Inklusion jedoch auf, dass sich inklusiver Unterricht nicht grundlegend vom Unterricht in herkömmlichen Schulen unterscheidet. Vielmehr erfordert die steigende Heterogenität inklusiver Lerngruppen ein stärkeres Bewusstsein für die Verschiedenartigkeit sowie die intensiv
