Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: 1,3, Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Inklusion von Menschen mit Behinderung soll das Stigma Behinderung abschaffen und ein gesellschaftliches Umdenken bewirken. Dazu sind einige Rahmenbedingen notwendig, die ein gemeinsames Miteinander voller Toleranz und Akzeptanz schaffen. Diese Arbeit zeigt, wie Inklusion an rheinlandpfälzischen Schwerpunktschulen umgesetzt wird, welche Änderungen des schulischen Systems damit einhergehen und vor welchen Herausforderungen Lehrkräfte nun stehen. Die Autorin hat dazu eine empirische Analyse unter Lehrerinnen und Lehrern durchgeführt. Im Zuge zahlreicher Debatten um inklusive Bildung kam es zu enormen Veränderungen im Bildungssystem vieler Länder. Seither ergeben sich auch erhebliche Neugestaltungen im deutschen Schulsystem. Immer mehr wird in Folge der grundlegenden schulischen Reform die Aufnahme aller Kinder in Regeleinrichtungen gefördert, während Sonderschulen mit ihrem exkludierenden Charakter zunehmend Kritik erfahren. Dies zieht auch Änderungen in der Unterrichtsplanung für die Lehrkräfte mit sich. Lehrkräfte sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil eines auf Inklusion abzielenden Schulsystems, welcher eine entscheidende Grundlage auf dem Weg zu einer inklusiven Gesellschaft bietet. Somit sollte Inklusion auch einen bedeutenden Anteil in der Lehrerausbildung einnehmen, um Lehrer/innen auf den gemeinsamen Unterricht vorzubereiten und die Kompetenzen bezüglich eines differenzierten und individuellen Unterrichtes unter gleichzeitiger Beachtung der Leistungsorientierung zu steigern. Daher folgen auf das Bestreben zu einem inklusiven Unterricht nicht nur erhebliche institutionelle Veränderungen, vielmehr sind auch Lehr- und Lernprozesse von einer Umstrukturierung betroffen. Dies zieht wiederum einen grundlegenden Wandel des Lehrerberufs und der Anforderungen an diesen mit sich.
