About the Book

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Inklusion, Note: 1,3, Universität Passau, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: INKLUSION - ein Begriff, der heutzutage in der Pädagogik immer präsenter ist, jedoch die eigentlich Bedeutung und das Ziel eines inklusiven Bildungssystems für viele weiterhin noch nicht ausreichend geklärt ist. Der Gedankte hinter Inklusion ist es, jedem Einzelnen, ob Mann oder Frau, ob körperlich oder geistig eingeschränkt, ob jung oder alt, ob mit heller oder mit dunkler Hautfarbe, die geleichberechtigte Teilhabe an der Gesellschaft und am gesellschaftlichen Leben zu ermöglichen. Im schulischen Kontext zielt Inklusion auf die Gleichstellung von Schülerinnen und Schülern sowohl mit, als auch ohne sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf ab und verfolgt dabei die Idee einer gemeinsamen Lernumgebung, in der nicht nur miteinander, sondern vor allem auch voneinander gelernt werden soll. Um im Allgemeinen das Konzept der inklusiven Bildung bestmöglich umzusetzen, sodass ein einheitlicher inklusiver Gedanke entsteht, wurde am 13. Dezember 2006 die UN - Behindertenrechtskonvention von der Generalversammlung der Vereinten Nationen beschlossen. Etwas mehr als 10 Jahre ist es nun her, dass auch Deutschland im Jahr 2009 der UN - Behindertenrechtskonvention beigetreten ist und sich dadurch zu dem Ziel bekannt hat, den Anteil derjenigen Menschen, die aufgrund sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf in separierten Schulen unterrichtet werden, zu verringern. Dennoch unterscheiden sich die Fortschritte hin zu einer inklusiven Bildung in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland von Bundesland zu Bundesland enorm. Auf die Entwicklung, die in Deutschland seit dem Beitritt der UN - Behindertenrechtskonvention zu beobachten ist, soll im Folgenden näher eingegangen werden. Vor allem steht jedoch die Gegenüberstellung der Bundesländer im Fokus, um die Unterschiede, die innerhalb eines Landes in Bezug auf ein allgemeines bildungspolitisches Thema entstehen können, darzulegen.
