Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Der innerbetrieblichen Kommunikation wird in der Literatur große Bedeutung beigemessen - sie erscheint gewissermaßen unverzichtbar für den Erfolg eines jeden Unternehmens. Dennoch wird sie bisher häufig lediglich unter Einzelaspekten betrachtet - etwa im Hinblick auf technische Regelungen zur Informationsweitergabe oder als Teilbereich weiter gespannter und anders akzentuierter Ansätze wie dem Personalmarketing, der Unternehmenskultur oder der Corporate Identity. Diese Arbeit stellt den Versuch einer ganzheitlichen Betrachtung dar. Es werden nicht einige wenige, ausgewählte Aspekte der innerbetrieblichen Kommunikation dargestellt, sondern vielmehr ihre Mehrdimensionalität und Komplexität zu erfassen versucht. Dabei erfolgt im ersten Teil der Arbeit ein Überblick über den „Theoretischen Anspruch" innerbetrieblicher Kommunikation. Erläutert wird auf Basis aktueller Literatur der heutige Erkenntnisstand bezüglich des optimalen Aufbaus und Ablaufes innerbetrieblicher Kommunikation. Ziel dieser Darstellung ist es, einen umfassenden Einblick in die Thematik zu vermitteln und es dem Leser zu ermöglichen, die innerbetriebliche Kommunikation hinsichtlich ihrer Bedeutung für das betriebliche Geschehen einzuordnen. Gleichzeitig wird versucht, die innerbetriebliche Kommunikation im Hinblick auf ihre Bedeutung in Zusammenhang mit anderen betriebswirtschaftlichen Aspekten wie Organisation, Führung, Unternehmenskultur, Corporate Identity, Wandel sowie Motivation zu interpretieren. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit werden - aufbauend auf dem „Theoretischen Anspruch" - die innerbetrieblichen Kommunikationsstrukturen eines führenden Anbieters auf dem Gebiet der jungen Mode, Jeans und Sportswear auf Basis einer schriftlichen und mündlichen Mitarbeiterbefragung analysiert. Dabei wird anhand eines Vergleiches der ermittelten Ist-Situation mit dem theoretischen Anspruch innerbetrieblicher Kommunikation versucht, Problembereiche innerhalb des Unternehmens zu erkennen
