About the Author: Dr. Rolf-Christian Wentz has two and half decades of experience working for global companies such as Procter & Gamble, SC Johnson and Campbell´s. Over the last eight years of his manager career, he was a managing director responsible for business units of the latter two companies. Nowadays, Dr. Wentz lectures on innovation management at the RWTH University Aachen and at the University of Hamburg, both in Germany, and is a business consultant in innovation management, business strategy, marketing and sales. He supports start-up companies as a business angel and coach. His previous book "Die Innovationsmaschine" was published in 2008 in German by Springer.
