About the Author: Daniel Huber, Dipl. Ing ETH und MTE IMD, arbeitete bis zu seiner Emeritierung 2018 als Professor für Innovationsmanagement und als Leiter des Managementzentrums der Berner Fachhochschule. Vor seiner Tätigkeit an der Berner Fachhochschule arbeitete er mehr als 20 Jahre bei Swisscom, davon sieben Jahre als stellvertretender Leiter der Innovationsabteilung. Daniel Huber war bis 2021 Co-Präsident von swissfuture, der Vereinigung der Zukunftsforscher der Schweiz, und ist Partner des Innovationsberatungsunternehmens inobooster.com. Er ist Koautor des Buches "Bridging the Innovation Gap - Bauplan des Innovativen Unternehmens" (Springer, 2014).
Heiner Kaufmann, MSc ETH Masch.-Ing., EMBA Innovationsmanagement, ist als Experte für Innovationsmanagement in der Unternehmensentwicklung der Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen (SBB) tätig. Zuvor war er Partner der Innovationsberatungsfirma Creaholic SA und Professor für Innovationsmanagement an der Berner Fachhochschule. In den ersten Jahren seiner beruflichen Laufbahn war er Manager und Projektleiter in verschiedenen Hightech-Firmen und Gründer eines Software-Start-ups sowie eines Beratungsunternehmens. Heiner Kaufmann ist Koautor des Buches "Bridging the Innovation Gap - Bauplan des Innovativen Unternehmens" (Springer, 2014).
Martin Steinmann, Betriebsökonom HWV und EMBA-Abschluss an der Universität Freiburg am International Institute of Management in Telecommunication (IIMT), arbeitet seit 2002 als selbstständiger Unternehmensberater im Bereich Strategie und Innovationsmanagement. Nebenbei ist er Dozent und Experte für Strategie, Entrepreneurship und Innovationsmanagement an Fachhochschulen. Er verbindet als langjähriger Start-up-Coach theoretisches Wissen mit praktischer Relevanz. Martin Steinmann ist Koautor des Buches "Bridging the Innovation Gap - Bauplan des Innovativen Unternehmens" (Springer, 2014).
