NSN (Nokia Siemens Networks) ist als Anbieter von End-to-End Lösungen für Mobilfunktechnologie weltweit vertreten. Unternehmen wie NSN, die qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und Leistungen anbieten, werden zunehmend Ihrer Differenzierungswahrnehmung beraubt. Nur durch kundenindividuelle Lösungen und Services kann dieses Problem gelöst werden. Diese erfordert persönliche Kundenbindung um dessen Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen zu identifizieren und gilt demzufolge als zentraler Erfolgsfaktor, um im Wettbewerb dauerhaft bestehen zu können. Es stehen bereits viele Kunden- und Produktinformationen zur Verfügung, dennoch fühlen sich die Mitarbeiter schlecht informiert, da eine mangelnde Transparenz über dieses Wissen im Unternehmen herrscht. Um die Kommunikation und den Informationsfluss im Vertrieb zu verbessern, wurde Anfang 2009 eine globale Business Community von NSN entwickelt. Durch diese Konsolidierung mehrerer Business Units in eine einzige Applikation, besteht die übergreifende Kommunikation von Business Unit zu Business Unit. Nach der derzeitigen Bewertung von Web 2.0 Communities klinkt dieser Ansatz sehr vielversprechend. Doch ob die Business Community einen Nutzen zum Wissensmanagement beiträgt, ist fragwürdig.
About the Author: Andé Ullmann wurde 1974 in Rendsburg (Schleswig Holstein) geboren. Sein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit der Fachrichtung IT-Management an der School of Management and Innovation (SMI) schloss der Autor im Jahr 2009 mit dem akademischen Grad des Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Bereits während des Studiums sammelte er umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in der IT und Berater Branche. Fasziniert von der Medien Kommunikation machte der Autor seinen Master of Arts im Fachbereich Internationale Medien Kommunikation an dem Sprachen und Dolmetscher Institut in München. Als externer Projektleiter bei NSN wurde er zu diesem Buch motiviert. Heute ist er Geschäftsführer der Firma Pro-Medial, welche sich mit der Beratung von KMU im den Bereichen Webtechnologien und Online Marketing beschäftigt.
