Auf dem Hintergrund eines umfassenden Kooperationsverständnisses basierend, welches alle Interaktionen in organisationalen Feldern berücksichtigt, findet eine theoretische, ökonomische sowie sozioökonomische Analyse eines umfassenden Kooperationsverständnisses statt. Aufbauend auf Grundannahmen, welche sich aus den theoretischen Diskussionen herauskristallisieren, wird in Verbindung mit Erfolgsfaktoren ein Kooperationsmanagement modelliert und in Kontext zu aktuellen Managementmodellen gesetzt.
About the Author: Pascal Dominique Brenner wurde 1973 in Himmelried (Kanton Solothurn, Schweiz) geboren. Nach mehreren Jahren Berufstätigkeit in unterschiedlichen, handwerklichen Bereichen sowie intensiven Aktivitäten im Bereich Musik (Saxophon, Percussion) und Sport (Alpinismus, Expeditionen), entschloss er sich im Jahre 2001 für eine Ausbildung im Bereich der Sozialen Arbeit an der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz. Nach Abschluss des Bachelor Studiums im Jahre 2005 arbeitete Pascal Dominique Brenner in der Schulsozialarbeit sowie als Unternehmensberater im Bereich Corporate Citizenship. Im Jahre 2008 entschloss sich der Autor zu dem Master Studiengang "Betriebswirtschaftliches Nonprofit Management", welchen er 2011 erfolgreich beendete. Aktuell arbeitet der Autor in einer stationären Kinder- und Jugendeinrichtung in der Nordwestschweiz. Parallel unterstützt er auf ehrenamtlicher Basis kleinere Nonprofit Unternehmen in organisationstheoretischen Fragen, insbesondere dem Markenaufbau, dem Kooperationsmanagement sowie der Etablierung einer Corporate Identity.
