About the Author:

Dr. Agnes Schipanski promovierte bei Prof. Dr. Paul Klimsa im Fachgebiet Kommunikationswissenschaft der TU Ilmenau. Sie ist als Post Doc am Center for Leading Innovation & Cooperation (CLIC) an der Handelshochschule Leipzig tätig und leitet Forschungsarbeiten zu Service Innovation.
