Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Romanistik - Spanische Sprache, Literatur, Landeskunde, Note: 2,0, Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Spezifisches Merkmal für die Literatur von Julio Cortázar ist die Verknüpfung von Medialität und Phantastik. Medialität verkettet Text und Welt und steht deshalb für die Form der Vermittlung erzählter Welten. Insbesondere die Phantastik entwirft alternative, oft unvereinbare Welten und kontrastiert und verhandelt so bestehende Paradigmen. Durch diesen Zusammenschluss ergeben sich neue Einsichten in die Pluralität des Realen, das durch phantastische Elemente erweitert wird und so eine Öffnung der Wirklichkeit auf eine Welt dahinter darstellt. Die Kurzgeschichte "Las babas del diablo" diente als "perfekte Vorlage" für Michelangelo Antonionis 1966 erschienenen Film "Blow Up". Die Verfilmung interpretiert die Erzählung neu, doch bleibt der zentrale Konflikt erhalten, der sich um die subjektive Wirklichkeitswahrnehmung des Protagonisten in Bezug auf eine objektive Wahrheitsfindung dreht. Beide Protagonisten werden zufälligerweise Zeugen einer Begegnung eines Paares, das sie fotografieren. Die Fotografie bestimmt jeweils den weiteren Handlungsverlauf. Die histoire stellt in beiden Werken lediglich die Projektionsfläche für das eigentliche Thema dar: Die Wahrnehmung der Wirklichkeit mithilfe technischer Medien und ihr Wahrheitsgehalt bilden die epistemologische Grundproblematik der Protagonisten. Davon ausgehend ist das Thema dieser Arbeit die Wirklichkeitskonzeption in "Las babas del diablo" und "Blow Up". In Cortázars Kurzgeschichte wird die Verbindung von Literatur und Fotografie eine Rolle spielen, in Antonionis Film hingegen die Verbindung von Film und Fotografie. Die inhaltliche und formale Analyse von Kurzgeschichte und Film bilden den Ausgangspunkt. Vorzugsweise werden hierbei jene Stellen, die fotografische Elemente enthalten, in den Fokus gerückt, um anhand davon Bedeutungselemente
