Dazu gehört z.B., ein gerechtes Internationales Entgeltmanagement zu entwickeln, das länderspezifische Lebensstandardniveaus und Steuergesetzgebungen berücksichtigt. Ein internationales Entgeltmanagementsystem muss aber auch das Leistungsniveau von Landesniederlassungen in einem Vergleichsverfahren im variablen Gehaltsanteil mit in Erwägung ziehen. Das Berliner Humankapitalbewertungsmodell und Aktienoptionsprogramme eröffnen hier erste Gestaltungsspielräume. Ein Internationales Personalinformationssystem zur effizienten Steuerung des internen Konzerns ist dabei als Unterstützungssystem hilfreich. Personalinformationssysteme unterstützen Personaler auch dabei, eine Internationale Personalbeschaffung und Personalentwicklung aufzubauen, den Personaleinsatz mit Karrieremöglichkeiten in den Landesniederlassungen sowie im Konzern gerecht zu betreiben. Dabei erweisen sich u.a. das AGG, Diversity Management und Interkulturelles Management als nützlich.
