About the Author: Angela Mauss-Hanke ist Diplom-Psychologin, Psychoanalytikerin für Erwachsene, Kinder und Gruppen, niedergelassen in eigener Praxis in Wolfratshausen bei München. Lehr- und Kontrollanalytikerin für Erwachsene (DPV/IPA/DGPT) und Gruppen (D3G); Mitglied und Dozentin bei der Psychoanalytischen Arbeitsgemeinschaft Köln-Düsseldorf (DPV), der Psychoanalytischen Arbeitsgemeinschaft München (DPV) und der Akademie für Psychoanalyse und Psychotherapie München (DGPT); Lehrbeauftragte an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München; Leiterin der Abteilung Gruppenanalyse an der Akademie für Psychoanalyse und Psychotherapie München e.V.; Mitglied im Herausgeberbeirat des International Journal of Psychoanalysis (IJP) und Editor-in-Chief der europäischen Auswahlbände des IJP. Seit 2008 Herausgeberin der jährlich erscheinenden Buchreihe Internationale Psychoanalyse - Ausgewählte Beiträge aus dem International Journal of Psychoanalysis. Zahlreiche psychoanalytische Veröffentlichungen und Vorträge im In- und Ausland (u.a. Boston, Istanbul, London, Prag, Seattle). Psychoanalytische Untersuchungen zu gesellschaftsrelevanten Themen wie Die Tötung Geisteskranker in Deutschland und der Nürnberger Ärzteprozeß 1947/47 (2000), zum 11. September (2004), zum Phänomen der Rache (2009/2013), zur Präsenz von Atomkraft (2011) und zu Spuren des Nationalsozialismus im deutschen Selbstverständnis (2011/13). Klinische Arbeiten u.a.: Buchessay zu Eugenio Gaddini (2002) sowie eine psychoanalytische Studie (2006-2013) zur antiödipalen Verfasstheit, dargestellt anhand Heinrich von Kleists Penthesilea und eines klinischen Behandlungsfalles, die 2013 in englischer und griechischer Übersetzung erscheint.
