About the Book

"An old Sioux Indian Head scribble writing book.*" A collection of poetry and prose about the Past by three men who are close to the Future. The Forties, the Fifties, the Sixties...more. Remember. Remember. *Ray Bradbury
About the Author: Timothy L. Smith lives in Carmel Valley, CA with his wife Kristin Markus. For the past 30 years, Tim has been a consultant to organizations specializing in leadership and personal development. Tim's poetry is influenced by his studies in philosophy and psychology, as well as a love of musical elements in language. He is the author of "Finding Fred" a memoir covering his father's death and the discovery of those facts. His friendship with Joe Green goes back to the early 80's when they met 'on-line' through the Control Data 'PLATO' system which both were using in their respective fields. Tim met Sam through Joe as on line as well. He is, above all, a man of '48. Sam Culotta lives in Southern California with his wife of fifty-three years. He holds a Bachelors Degree in English from California State University, Fullerton, CA. After he retired from a career in finance, he worked as a writing tutor in the Learning Center of a community college. Culotta is the author of "Sleeping With Lumbago, Often Humorous Always Personal Essays", published in 2011, and "Family Suite", A memoir of his and his wife's families, published in 2007. Joe Green was born in Coatesville, Pa, in 1948. He grew up in South Coatesville at 19 Remington Avenue. A single violet, a spaceman action figure or a scattering of Willie Mays baseball cards left there would be appreciated. He is the author of "The Loneliest Ranger" Joe Green's selected poems, stretching from 1953 ( his poem about Stalin) through 2012, a 752 page novel, "The Chains of the Sea," "The Limerick Homer" (All of Homer Translated into Limericks -- with Tim Smith), and "The Dark Bark: Poetry and Song of Rin Tin Tin." All can be found on Amazon. He lives in a far countree but can be contacted at joegreen66@yahoo.com or by leaving a note in the Halloween Tree.
