If you're interested in taking your business game to the next level, it's time to take a closer look at how hiring and empowering Intrapreneurs affects everything from ground-breaking innovative ideas to the bottom line."Intrapreneurship: Changing Business Culture From the Inside Out illustrates how the catalyst to success is hidden in plain sight...Intrapreneurship unlocks the power within you to become a leader of consequence." - Colin Starks, Senior Vice President & National Sales Director, Federated Securities, Corp.
About the Author: After several successful years and various accolades to match, Justin decided to leave his job in Corporate America and pursue his passion for service as an Entrepreneur. As a Business Coach, Organizational Consultant, and Motivational Speaker/Trainer, Justin aims to redefine culture across the globe beginning with the heart of the matter - its people. Through Coaching, Justin has helped a variety of individuals make massive transformation, ranging from small business owners and individual contributors to corporate executives and political leaders. Through Consulting, Justin has helped align, optimize, and execute on next generation success plans ranging from solopreneur startups and non-profit organizations such as Memorial Health and LA's Promise, to Fortune 500 corporations such as Google, Cisco, and Parker Aerospace. Through Motivational Speaking/Training, Justin has presented his concepts to groups ranging from small classrooms to conferences with 1,000+ attendees. Prior to his entrée into entrepreneurship, Justin quickly climbed the corporate ladder at Cisco. Beginning as an Associate Sales Representative supporting a greenfield territory valued at less than $250K, Justin's proved 5-phase approach and consistent YoY results eventually grew his responsibility as a Partner Account Manager to a territory spanning the entire Western U.S. with a valuation in excess of $100M upon his departure. Before Cisco, Justin served as a Consultant to Waddell & Reed, where he led their IT modernization effort and USO-backed marketing campaign to enhance brand equity. He also spent time as an Analyst with Morgan Stanley where he underwrote jumbo-sized Commercial Investment loans. Justin holds his Master of Science in Management and Leadership from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society for his high scholastic achievement and selected as Graziadio Business School Ambassador; and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He currently resides in Orange County, CA with his fiancé, and their bulldog. Justin offers Business Coaching, Organizational Consulting, and Motivational Speaking/Training.
