After a decade as an elementary school teacher, reading specialist, Reading Recovery Teacher, and testing coordinator, Kelly O'Connor facilitates an educational grant at the University of Maryland in conjunction with the Baltimore City Public Schools. She codeveloped a coaching program and now works with math coaches in the Baltimore city schools to hone their coaching skills and math content knowledge.
