About the Book

This book of poetry is part of 5 series books written with the intention to open new doors within the reader's mind, sub conscious, and body to self-reflect and witness the wonders of words and it colors in the mind.To plant a seed that brings a tree that provokes deep thoughts and shade for thinking, being, and feeling with a writing influenced by philosophy and psychology around the world.IWE, The Book is a collection of poems that reflect Rasheed's life journeys and experiences. Rasheed's unique writing style offers the reader with his prospective of life, and the ability for readers to connect to his work. To also reflect, express, and explore moods set in the writing, the first chapter THINKING: Moon, Mother, and Brain Mind gleam on the points of view such as thought, imagery, pain, battle, pleasure, freedom, lies, and peace. How lonely is felt by everyone but only few have the courage to speak about it, or how we see it in each other eye's slowly it comes to dig what it needs. This chapter is also dealt with death and its power to neither weaken nor strengthen anyone of choice, and the slowly programming of the human mind to desensitizing the human soul. This chapter also addresses the issue of the battle within the human mind for consciousness and deep consciousness, and the struggle to step away from the shadow, into the self, and, into the inner self. The first chapter is dedicated to my mother: Aishat Bello.The second chapter BEING: Sun, Father, and Soul Being, shines it lights on the outer word which comes from within the deep consciousness. The concept of time, uniqueness, and personalities shape who we are and how we act. Sometimes, we forget that there are deeper oceans within each of us influence or driving the vehicle which is you along your journey in life. The sun has a lot meaning it is also known to tell time in many culture, the chapter addresses how different ages we go through affect our actions and reaction to life and experiences. The sun and it relationship with sleep, dreams, and inter dialogue that carries on. The second chapter is dedicated to my father: Lasisi BelloThe third chapter FEELING: Earth, Self, and Heart, focuses on the journey and experience gathered on earth. What price is there to be paid after the journey ends? Are we our own judge in this world and beyond bringing justice to ourselves and whomever? The author also reflects on how social norms are being pushed to teach the will of the human conditions. The third chapter is dedicated to my siblings: Enusa, Zania, Muritala, Audu, Mufutau, Rabiat, and Aishat.Please enjoy the words in the pages which are planted and harvested so that you reader can experience a whole body experience subject to move: the mind, sub mind, and body by reading the fruits waiting to be eaten.
