In Wonderland, nothing is as it seems...
Even the White Knight is morally grey.
After surviving the chaos of the Rabbit Hole, I've arrived in the Kingdom of Diamonds and Ice, the frosty heart of the White Queen's domain, ready to learn how to use the Vorpal Sword from Jack, the White Knight.
I knew he was the best swordsman in Wonderland. However, I didn't have a freaking clue that he was a deadly vampire! But the people of Wonderland are counting on me to save them from the Red Queen and her Jabberwocky. I can't back out of my sword-fighting lessons now.
It's not just the blade that's sharp-the tension between Jack and me could cut through ice. He's demanding, relentless, and as cold as the frost that covers the palace walls, and I'm...well, I'm me.
Training with the White Knight is like playing with knives-thrilling, dangerous, and yet, strangely addictive. Somewhere between the blood and sweat...between the pleasure and pain, our swordplay has turned into foreplay. Every clash of our blades ignites something else-a fire that might just melt his icy heart.
If he even has one.
Turns out, Jack is more than just fangs, frosty glares, and brooding, hot AF looks. He's got layers, each one more intriguing (and infuriating) than the last. I'm determined to cut him to the core and see what he's really made of. Do monsters even bleed
Grueling training sessions with a vicious vampire that runs hot and cold?
Check.
Steamy encounters with my Wicked Boys that leave me shattered and breathless?
Quadruple check.
But just as I start to think maybe Wonderland has something more to offer me beneath its frozen surface, I stumble upon a shocking truth. A dark, twisted secret that could change everything. It's about the White Queen-the one person Jack has sworn to protect...at any cost.
Even if that price is my life.
Jack of Diamonds is a scorching hot and twisted retelling of Alice in Wonderland. Please check the author's website for CWs.
