Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich BWL - Controlling, Note: 1,3, Fachhochschule Stralsund, Veranstaltung: Controlling, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: 1.1 Aufgabenstellung In dieser Hausarbeit, wird eine Kapitalflussrechnung an einem praktischen Beispiel durchgeführt. Dabei werden Theorien zur Kapitalflussrechung beschrieben und in die Praxis umgewandelt werden. Zu diesem Zeck wurde aus dem Internet der Geschäftsbericht 2005 (Bilanz und Erfolgsrechnung) der Porsche AG herangezogen. In der Ausarbeitung beschränkt sich hauptsächlich auf die Kapitalflussrechnung auf den Typ Fond1 des Porsche Konzern. Zielstellung ist es die Geldflüsse (Mittelherkunft und Mittelverwendung) aufzuzeigen. 1.2 Herangehensweise Die Kapitalflussrechnung zeichnet Informationen zur Ertragslage und zur Vermögenslage auf, um Informationen zur Entwicklung der Finanzlage zu erweitern. Außerdem zeigt sie die Zahlungsströme der Periode (Ein- und Auszahlungen) unterteilt nach: Kapitalfluss aus der laufenden Geschäftstätigkeit (Umsatzbereich), Kapitalfluss aus der Investitionstätigkeit (Investitionsbereich), Kapitalfluss aus der Finanzierungstätigkeit (Außenbereich). Aus der Summe der drei Bereiche ergibt sich die Änderung der Finanzmittel im Geschäftsjahr und bildet die drei Zahlungsströme umfassender ab. Um eine Kapitalflussrechnung erarbeiten zu können, werden folgende Daten aus dem Geschäftsbericht benötigt: Die Bilanz mit den Werten des Vorjahres und dem Berichtsjahr, die Erfolgsrechnung (GuV) des Berichtsjahr und das Anlagengitter. Der Fond ist auf theoretischer Sicht ein Zahlungsmittel, der zur Vereinfachung, von Positionen dient und wodurch die Positionen wesentlich verständlicher und einfacher zu deuten sind. Es gibt drei Typen von Fonds. In dieser Arbeit wird einschließlich auf den Fonds 1 eingegangen, der sich aus den liquiden Mittel, Besitzwechsel, Guthaben und Wertpapieren zusammensetzt. Dabei werden die flüssigen Mittel betrachtet, die sich aus der Differenz von Berichts
