A leader is someone or a group of persons chosen and given authority to lead, govern, guide, direct, provide, protect, teach, and correct those who chose and authorized them.

A legitimate leader is responsible and answerable to God Almighty and his subjects who authorized him to be there.
The vision of the leader must be for the well-being of the people. He communicates the vision efficiently and effectively to the people, especially his work team. He must prayerfully choose his mastermind group, that is, those who will lead or work with him.

His responsibility is to initiate and execute policies that will guide, direct, provide, protect, and enhance the living standard of the people. He also has the authority to discipline and correct the people in love.

Leadership is influencing people positively to have a peaceful, advanced, and enjoyable society.
Having reposed on a leader with so much prestigious power and authority, the character, the disposition of a leader is very important. The character of a leader is capable of either destroying or elevating him.

A leader who wants to live long and stay longer in power, and have respect, should be wary of his character and should use his tongue to count his teeth in what he says.

For this reason, this book is written to enumerate, expose, and discuss twenty (20) factors that are killing leaders and leadership, how to overcome them, and to remind leaders that they are chosen and empowered to serve the people, protect and make life better for everyone. Furthermore, leaders should note that they are responsible and accountable to the people they lead and to the creator of the universe (God Almighty).
