Kindliches Lernen und padagogisches Handeln im Kindergarten ist in Deutschland in den letzten Jahren in den Fokus des offentlichen Interesses geruckt. Eine verstarkte Lern- und Bildungsorientierung im elementarpadagogischen Diskurs stellt die Qualitat padagogischer Handlungsweise fruhpadagogischer Fachkrafte auf den Prufstand. Diese qualitative Studie hat zum Ziel subjektive Aspekte herauszuarbeiten, die die Handlungsgrundlage padagogischer Fachkrafte bilden. Auf der Basis des glq Forschungsprogramms Subjektive Theorien grq wird die Rollengestaltung padagogischer Fachkrafte im kindlichen Lernprozess nachgezeichnet, um eine Grundlage fur die Objektivierung impliziter Ablaufe zu schaffen. Die subjektiven Theorien werden durch Leitfadeninterviews rekonstruiert. Bei der kommunikativen Validierung kommen Struktur-Lege-Verfahren zum Einsatz. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass biografische Erfahrungen und aktuelle Praxiserfahrungen einen grossen Einfluss auf die impliziten Theorien und damit auf das konkrete Alltagshandeln im Kindergarten nehmen. Auf Grundlage der Befunde werden intersubjektive Begriffe von kindlichem Lernen und padagogischem Handeln entwickelt und wichtige Ertrage vertiefend interpretiert. Den Abschluss bilden Anregungen fur weitere Forschungsvorhaben, Ausbildung und Studium sowie die padagogische Praxis im Kindergarten. Tanja Brandl, geboren 1977, ist Dipl.-Padagogin und war als Lehrkraft fur besondere Aufgaben an der Evangelischen Hochschule in Nurnberg im Studiengang "Erziehung, Bildung und Gesundheit im Kindesalter (dual)" tatig. Sie leitet die Fachakademie fur Sozialpadagogik der Stiftung Hensoltshohe.
