Sie ist daraus nicht wegzudenken, denn die Sprache ist ein entscheidendes Merkmal des Menschen. Sie ist die Basis allen Denkens und damit auch der schöpferischen Arbeit, und die Arbeit wiederum ist das Wesen des Menschen. Deswegen haben und brauchen wir die Kommunikation. Sobald der Kontakt zu mindestens einer weiteren Person besteht, geht es nicht mehr ohne. Aber was beinhaltet die Kommunikation? Der Hauptbestandteil sind Informationen. Aber ist das schon alles? Warum z.B. wurde genau diese Information vom Sender gerade zu dieser Zeit verbreitet? Was steckt dahinter? Was eine Information alles beinhalten kann, soll in dieser Arbeit ansatzweise veranschaulicht werden. Kommunikation ist Manipulation. Dieser Satz erschrickt zunächst. Allerdings geschieht das nur, weil das Wort Kommunikation positiv und das Wort Manipulation negativ belegt ist. Hier besteht ein gefühlter Widerspruch, ähnlich wie bei der Aussage "schlechte Qualität", denn das Wort Qualität ist positiv besetzt. Kommunikation erfolgt generell in allen Bereichen der Gesellschaft, unter anderem in der Wirtschaft, Politik, Kunst und auch im privaten Bereich, und zwar überall dort, wo mindestens zwei Menschen zusammentreffen. Und genau dort kann auch die Manipulation erfolgen, denn jede Kommunikation verändert etwas an der Situation zwischen Sender und Empfänger. Ist nun die Kommunikation (Austausch von Informationen zwischen Sender und Empfänger) oder die Manipulation (lat. Manipulus = Handvoll oder Handhabung, im Sinne von "etwas geschickt in die Hand nehmen"1) die Methode, um das Ziel einer bestimmten Motivation (Motiv: lat. Beweggrund, Antrieb) zu erreichen? Oder ist die Manipulation ein Zwischenziel, um den Empfänger zu einer bestimmten Handlung oder Denkweise (Endziel) zu motivieren? Kann Man
