Magisterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Forschung und Studien, Note: 1,3, Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, Positionen, Diskussionen und Ergebnisse zur internen Unternehmenskommunikation in der französischen Kommunikationswissenschaft zu identifizieren und zusammenfassend darzustellen. Zwar haben sich in den letzten Jahren die Bemühungen intensiviert, die kommunikationswissenschaftliche Forschung zu internationalisieren, jedoch bleibt die Wahrnehmung von französischen Wissenschaftlern in Deutschland - wie umgekehrt - bis dato "eher marginal". Dies ist bedauerlich, vor allem da sich aus den ersten internationalen und vergleichenden Ansätzen erhebliche Unterschiede zwischen Frankreich und Deutschland abzeichnen. Diese Arbeit nimmt die Form eines Forschungsberichtes ein, wobei hier nur eine erste explorative Untersuchung geleistet wurde, und soll ein Beitrag zur Übertragung der französischen Fachliteratur in den deutschen Sprachraum leisten. Daher wird die untersuchte Literatur zum besseren Verständnis in einer freien Übersetzung der Autorin zitiert. Im ersten Teil dieser Arbeit wird zunächst auf die Institutionalisierung der französischen Kommunikationswissenschaft und auf den Aufschwung der Forschung zum Thema "interne Unternehmenskommunikation" in Frankreich eingegangen. Dann werden die wichtigsten Akteure bzw. Institutionen auf diesem Forschungsfeld vorgestellt und die untersuchte Literatur näher charakterisiert. Der zweite Teil der Arbeit ist der Theoriegestalt der französischen Forschung zur internen Unternehmenskommunikation gewidmet. Da sich noch keine eindeutigen thematischen Schwerpunkte herausgebildet haben, wird das Forschungsfeld in der vorliegenden Arbeit anhand der verwendeten "Forschungsperspektive" kategorisiert.
